TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All custom projects begin with a non-refundable consultation deposit that goes towards the total cost of the garment. All deposits are non-refundable. The consultation fee holds your appointment, during which we will discuss your vision, take measurements, discuss your fabrics and materials, and create a final sketch of your design. The client must sign off and approve before the cutting process starts.
CUSTOM GARMENT CREATION PROCESS
After agreeing on the final design, several fitting appointments my be required before your final pickup date. Any request or changes should discussed during this time. Any change request after the garment has been completed and left the premises will result in a change fee. Any change(s) to the item beyond what has been agreed upon by the "Client" , and LT Dickens Designs at the time of sale, regardless of what the change is, must be accepted by LT Dickens Designs and signed off by the "Client". Any change may require additional charges. Furthermore, the change(s) may affect the completion date. Abandoned garments after 4 weeks of the pickup date will be deemed the property of LT DICKENS DESIGNS, LLC.
A Fifty percent deposit it due after consultation before the construction of the garment can begin. Any payment regarding item(s) on an invoice, or that it made towards the balance due implies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Payment options and schedules are available.
